Lotto Split mobile application strives to adhere as closely as possible to the standards established by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI). A leading provider of testing, certification, and world-class professional services in the gaming industry, independently and integrally.
Our mission is to develop an application in accordance with the requirements and standards outlined in the GLI-31 Electronic Raffle Systems document created by Gaming Laboratories International. This includes, among other things, the following key points and many others not listed below.

Lottery Management Requirements

Stop when a maximum sales prize is reached.

Ability to set a sales deadline.

Prohibit modifications that compromise the integrity of the lottery after starting.

Bearer ticket must be printed with the following information: organization, lottery identifier, one or more unique numbers, date and time, sales origin, ticket cost, unique barcode.

Number generation must be unique and unpredictable.

Canceled tickets should not be deleted and must be identified with all relevant information.

Barrel tickets must be of the same length and must contain the following information: lottery identifier, number, date and time, cost, and unique barcodes.

Reprinting barrel tickets must be controlled by a security code and indicate the number of prints made on the ticket.

The manager must be able to close the lottery. No tickets can be sold afterward.

Canceled tickets must be approved by the manager before the draw.

The winning ticket must be validated by scanning the barcode.

Sales reports must be provided.
Point of Sale (Mobile Device) Requirements

The point of sale must allow the operator to print the ticket.

The point of sale must have a unique identifier.

Effective management of print errors must be performed.
Requirements for Winning Number Generation

The generator must be statistically independent.

The generator must be unpredictable.

The generator must choose from the range of numbers sold. The reduction scale must be linear.
